Sarah King, a native of the Upstate, works exclusively with attorney Jes Sterling as the firm’s real estate paralegal. She is well-versed in residential and commercial property purchases, refinancing, and Home Equity Lines of Credit. Additionally, she has four years of banking experience, which allows her to understand the closing process from the lender’s perspective. This results in consistently smooth closing experiences for our clients.

Sarah is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and they share a beautiful daughter together! She is also an exceptional baker (especially cookies!) and is a proud mom of three very spoiled cats.
